These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TPD PRO, a SaaS platform available at https://tpdpro.eu, developed to simplify and automate EU-CEG submissions for electronic cigarettes and nicotine-containing products.
By registering for or using TPD PRO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Definitions
"TPD PRO" refers to the web platform, services, and tools available at https://tpdpro.eu.
"We", "Us", "Our" refer to the company operating TPD PRO.
"You", "User" refers to the individual or company accessing or using the platform.
"Services" means the functionalities provided by TPD PRO, including data management, XML generation, and submission support for EU-CEG compliance.
2. Eligibility
You must be:
At least 18 years old
Authorized to act on behalf of a company (if registering a business account)
Not located in a sanctioned country or on a restricted list under EU law
Authorized to use registered submitter ID
3. Account Registration
To access TPD PRO, you must:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription & Payment
TPD PRO operates on a subscription-based model.
Plans & Billing
Available plans include free and paid tiers with varying limits
Paid plans are billed annually
All fees are displayed in euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified
Renewals & Cancellations
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing date
You may cancel anytime via your account settings
No refunds are issued for partial use of a billing period.
5. Use of the Platform
You agree to:
Use the platform only for lawful purposes related to EU-CEG submissions
Not upload unlawful, harmful, or confidential third-party data without proper authorization
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform’s functionality
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and documentation on TPD PRO is the intellectual property of the company or its licensors.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform solely for your own compliance needs.
7. Data and Confidentiality
You retain ownership of all data you upload to TPD PRO.
We treat your data as strictly confidential and only process it to provide the agreed Services.

8. Availability & Support
We strive to ensure 99% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.
Support is provided via email or in-app messaging during business hours.
We reserve the right to suspend or limit access for maintenance, upgrades, or in case of suspected abuse.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You breach these Terms
Payment fails repeatedly
You use the service in a harmful or unlawful manner
Upon termination:
Access will be revoked
Data may be deleted after a 30-day retention period
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
TPD PRO is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app alerts. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia.
Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Riga/Latvia
